Limitation of Liability for Free Service. QRoll is provided free of charge, on a limited-access basis, and at the sole discretion of its operator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRoll is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind. QRoll and its operator shall have no liability whatsoever for any error, outage, inaccuracy, attendance dispute, missed check-in, data loss, flagging error, location inaccuracy, academic consequence, disciplinary action, or other damage arising from or related to use of the platform. Users assume all risk associated with use of QRoll. If liability is nevertheless imposed, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $10 or the amount paid for the service in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
